Are We Really That Stressed? by Maria Hammel During the holiday season, I quite frequently hear on the news experts giving advice on reducing the “stress of the holidays”.  I’ve seen magazine article after magazine article about ways to handle the stress of our busy lives.  But what I never see is advice on changing the way we perceive what is going on around us.  Maybe we need to alter our perception of our world so that what is going on in your life is not stressful.  After all, aren’t things like the holiday season things we are suppose to enjoy?  Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that stress does not exist.  We all have busy lives, between jobs, kids, and the occ...

Casavant-Otto Wedding Announcement

To love and be loved is to feel the sun from both sides ~ David Viscott Crystal Casavant and Mark Otto will be married on August 11th 2012, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Rev. William Kilps officiating. The bride is the daughter of the late Andre A. Casavant of Two Rivers and Patricia Casavant-Ertman of Two Rivers. The bridegroom is the son of Elizabeth (Kappelman) Otto of Two Rivers and Wayne Otto of Valders. The bride will be escorted by her son, Andre N. Casavant (4) and her daughter, Carmen Casavant (5) will be the miniature bride. Following the ceremony, the reception will take place at the Lighthouse Inn on the shores of Lake Michigan. The bride is self employed as an Administrative Consultant and owns Relax Consulting in Two Rivers. The bridegroom is also self employed as a dairy producer in Reedsville.
