Green Pepper Spread

Ingredients:
2 green peppers (chopped fine)
1 onion (chopped fine)
2 teaspoons oil
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
Instructions:
Add the first 5 ingredients and marinate overnight.
Drain well.
Add the softened cream cheese.
Spread on crackers – enjoy! (also great on a bagel)
