SUZARU Professional Chef's Ceramic Kitchen Knife Set Offered by Suzaru Ltd.

I'm a busy mom who likes to prepare our meals from scratch. We also do a lot of gardening which means plenty of canning happens in our kitchen. Every year or so, I seem to find one particular knife that is wonderful. The children refer to it as "Mom's Knife" as it's the one I like to use for everything from slicing carrots to dicing onions and preparing a cheese and sausage tray. Unfortunately, most knives only last a year or so and then something falls apart on them. I'm sure this will not be the case with the Suzaru Professional Chef's Ceramic Kitchen Knife. It really is built to last. Something that is important to me is how the knife feels in my hand. Does it feel top heavy or is it comfortably weighted? Does my hand get sore after I've been chopping for awhile? ETc...I most recently used the Suzaru when chopping tomatoes for salsa. I chopped A LOT of tomatoes and then moved to onions and peppers. After a busy day of canning, this knife still felt comfortable, it cleaned up easily, and it is scary sharp (that's a good thing)! I'm impressed with the look and feel of this knife.
