Cheesy Beer Soup Recipe

I hate lengthy introductions, so I'll begin by saying with this pandemic going on, I'm using what I have and avoiding unneccesary trips to the store, so don't beat yourself up if you don't have all the ingredients. Feel free to substitute. And this soup tastes heavenly with homemade beer bread - so check out my recipe for that as well. I like saving money even more than I dislike going shopping. Here's a recipe that will save you a trip to the store and it will save you money too. Make this delicious beer bread at home with simple ingredients you likely already have in your pantry. I'm not naming names either, but I think this recipe may be even better than that expensive box you can purchase at those home parties...wink wink...you be the judge!
