My thoughts: Well...the easiest way to do this review is to talk about pros and cons: Pros: Easier to take than some prenatals - no fishy taste Does seem to help with nauseau and morning sickness Has some fabulous research to back up the vitamin content of the product Cons: I really didn't like the taste...but it could be because I really dislike raspberry flavored anything I would recommend this product to others because I truly think my only aversion is just a "me thing" and has nothing to do with the product.
