4.5 stars for this prenatal DHA vitamin! I couldn't quite give 5 stars because of the fish burps...but the trade off is great skin, hair, and nails...so I would definitely keep taking this. This is not a substitute for your regular prenatal vitamin, this is something you take in addition to your regular prenatals. The main ingredient is fish oil which is why I get fish burps within a few minutes of taking this. Ways to cut down on the fish burps is: refrigerate your supplement, drink lots of water, and take with food. I get plenty of compliments on my fast growing and shiny hair so I'm happy to keep taking these - and I just don't take them right before kissing my hubby. All in all a great product that does what it says it is going to do - keep baby and mom happy and healthy during pregnancy and lactation! My thoughts: Well...the easiest way to do this review is to talk about pros and cons: Pros: Easier to take than some prenatals - no fishy taste Does seem to help with nauseau and morning sickness Has some fabulous research to back up the vitamin content of the product Cons: I really didn't like the taste...but it could be because I really dislike raspberry flavored anything I would recommend this product to others because I truly think my only aversion is just a "me thing" and has nothing to do with the product.
