This TENS Unit is easy to use and you have everything you need right out of the box. They even include batteries! There's no separate gel to buy, and the pads last a long time (although if you'd like to order more, you can order them for a relatively small price on Amazon). The unit itself is similar in size to a television remote making it easy to use it while multi-tasking. It's easy to understand and the included booklet walks you through where to place the pads to alleviate what type of discomfort. The cords are long enough that you can place the pads on your calf muscles or bottoms of your feet and still comfortably hold the unit or place it on a table or on the couch next to you. I received this product at a reduced price in exchange for my honest review.
